Dingo Australia Cement Mixer

The Dingo Cement Mixer fits onto the Dingo Post Hole Digger which drives the augers. To keep the mixer pointing upwards, the swing movement of the Post Hole Digger is pinned in an upwards facing position. The Dingo Cement Mixer is a mobile cement mixer with forward and reverse bowl motion. The design allows the mixer to reverse similar to a ‘Ready Mix’ truck. New hemisphere for Mascus

Mascus, the Pan-European marketplace for construction machinery, agricultural, material-handling equipment, forestry and groundscare machines and transportation vehicles conquers another continent. At the beginning of January 2009, Mascus marked a significant step in its internationalization by opening an office in the Republic of South Africa. The South African office marks the first Mascus office outside Europe and altogether the 25th office Mascus has established. “In 2008, we have been constantly expanding our European presence and have opened another eight European countries to the Mascus brand. However from its very beginning the year 2009, proves to be even more promising and challenging. With the new office in South Africa we are no longer only a truly Pan-European marketplace for used machinery, as we are entering new continent.” says Fredrik Larsson, Mascus’ Managing Director.

    New continent, new partner

The new Mascus office is opened in partnership with the South African classified media company Junk Mail Publishing. Junk Mail Publishing runs various Internet marketplaces for buying and selling from used and new cars, trucks, trailers, plant machinery, and motorcycles to jobs, real estates and other horizontal classified portals and publications.

Junk Mail Publishing has already appointed the new Mascus South African Country and Sales Manager- John L. Smith and he has already started selling Mascus’ services on the South African market. “Even though, the South African Mascus site- www.mascus.co.za is running from just three weeks, there are already local African dealers placing used construction machines, trucks, tractors, harvesters, forklifts, and groundscare machines.” says John Smith.

“I am not surprised that Mascus’s concept has been so easily applied in South Africa.” ads Mascus’ Sales Director Rickard Petersson. “Everywhere, we have tried to sell our services, Mascus has been successful. Dealers simply see the benefits to use our electronic marketplace to place their machines ads.” he adds.

    New opportunities for Mascus’ customers

Along with the developing the local European market, Mascus has always provided excellent export opportunities to its customers. With the opening of the South African office, Mascus offers better export possibilities to the African and Middle East market.

“In the current economical situation, we offer our customers the possibility to sell their used transport vehicles, forklifts, construction, agriculture, forest and groundscare machines on the import markets in Eastern Europe, Middle East and all the way to South Africa now.” adds Robert Tate, Mascus UK and Ireland Sales Manager. “There is no other easier solution to sell your used machinery or trucks in whole Europe and the world now, than Mascus” he concludes.

Don’t Forget These 10 Important Points When Redesigning Your Garden

    Posted: Oct 11, 2010 |Comments: 0
    |

    ]]>

So the time has come for you to begin your long-awaited garden redesign and landscaping. To make the project run smoothly there are some important points to consider.

It is very tempting to roll up your sleeves, grab your tools and start digging, but you would be wise to give every aspect of your redesign a lot of serious thought and consideration to ensure that all your time, effort and expense will result in your dream garden.

Below are 10 important points that are well worth your serious consideration:

    1. Is the project something that you will be able to carry out yourself or is it too big a project and would realistically require professional or hired help?

    2. If you are going to carry out the work yourself, will you need specialist tools and have you considered the cost of these tools when budgeting for the project?

    3. If major landscaping will be required for your new garden design, you will I’m sure need to hire a mini digger for digging and leveling the garden landscape. Don’t forget to check that there is access for a digger at the side of the house or by some other way.

    4. Make sure that any design you follow has taken into consideration the drainage of the garden. The last thing you will want to happen is for rainwater to end up sitting in various parts of the garden and not running away to the correct area. Address the drainage issues early on and add the relevant land drainage pipes and soak away.

    5. Ensure that your new garden will be child friendly and that there are no safety hazards. This is something that is easily overlooked especially if there are no children living at home.

    6. Spend a decent amount of time considering all the available options when it comes to the kind of patio stones, brickwork, steps or decking that you may be incorporating into your new garden. You will not want to complete your project only to be disappointed with your paving selection, therefore the time spent prior to the build is an investment.

    7. Research the plants that you intend to use thoroughly and make sure that you have taken into consideration drainage, shade, the type of soil and the amount of sun different areas of the garden will get. As I’m sure you’re well aware, plants can be very expensive and you’ll want them to survive happily in your new garden.

    8. What about the electrics? Give serious thought to lighting and power and make sure all that all the preparatory work and cabling is laid at the right time. You will want to have your wits about you here as it can be all too easy to lay your lovely patio, only to be cursing the fact that you forgot to lay the cable prior to this.

    9. When it comes to outdoor dining, once again the positioning of lighting will be important. It would obviously be good at this point to know whether or not you intend to have a brick built or fixed cooking area, or maybe a transportable barbecue or cooker.

    10. If you intend to incorporate a water feature, make sure that all the relevant preparation is carried out at the right stage and water and power is safely connected by a professional.

While a few of these points may seem a little obvious, it can be extremely easy to overlook them due to the sheer number of things to remember during your project. Hopefully these few points will help you get the dream garden you want.

Whether you are an individual who is planning to transform your back garden, or a business owner embarking upon your latest project you may have the relevant tools to complete the job, but may not have the larger more integral equipment such as diggers.

As you may not use this sort of equipment on a regular basis, maybe even only as a one-off if you are a keen diy-er, purchasing a mini digger is extremely expensive and impractical.

Fortunately, there is one company that specialises in tool and plant hire Oxford area. They have a wide selection of products available to hire on a daily or weekly basis, from saws to cherry pickers and cement mixers.

All are competitively priced and of the highest quality to ensure that no matter what project they are used for, the job can be completed efficiently and to the highest standard.

DIY enthusiasts and business owners can browse the wide selection of items available to hire by visiting their website. Alternatively, you could visit one of their hire centres where you can view and hire the product.

As well as larger items, such as diggers and cement mixers, they also have a variety of tools available to hire. Quite often, individuals will find that their full-to-the-brim toolbox has all of types of equipment apart from the one tool that is essential for the job. To prevent this from being a major issue, you can hire the tool for the day, which is much cheaper than buying it new.

If you require further information about the products for hire or if there is something particular that you are looking for, give a member of the team a call or visit their hire shop.

House Building: The Science and the Art

House building does not only involve mixing cement, piling up the bricks, and nailing the wood together—it is both an art and a science. Just like physics, house building needs exact or precise measurement.
